  • WHAT IS THE ENTRANCE POLICY?
    We welcome everyone regardless of nationality, gender, or religion, as long as they respect each other and our staff. Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of others. Full body and bag searches will be conducted before entry is granted. Refusal to comply with these searches may result in denial of entry or eviction without refund or compensation. Please note you are NOT permitted to bring the following items into the venue (“Prohibited Items”): illegal substances, legal highs, psychoactive substances, food, any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume), point-and-shoot cameras, bottles, weapons, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, or any other items that could be used as a weapon or that we believe may cause danger or disruption. We reserve the right to confiscate any Prohibited Items. Anyone found in possession of such items will be refused entry, ejected from the venue, and may face prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers refused entry due to possession of Prohibited Items. Visitors who are visibly intoxicated will be denied entry. In case of a threat, we reserve the right to withhold entry. Refunds will NOT be issued to visitors denied entry or removed during the event. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
  • WHAT IS HEARTBEAT'S DRUG POLICY?
    We operate a strict zero-tolerance drug policy. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused entry, ejected from the venue, and may face prosecution. Using or distributing drugs of any kind is illegal and not tolerated in our venues.
  • WHAT FORMS OF ID DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We only accept valid passports, (inter)national ID cards, or driver’s licenses as identification or proof of age. Copies or photos of these documents will NOT be accepted.
  • ARE THERE ANY PROHIBITED ITEMS I’M NOT ALLOWED TO BRING TO HEARTBEAT PARTIES?
    Please note you are NOT permitted to bring the following items into the venue: illegal substances, legal highs, psychoactive substances, food, any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume), point-and-shoot cameras, bottles, weapons, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, or any other items that could be used as a weapon or that may cause danger or disruption.
  • CAN I BRING MY PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE OR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT?
    Yes, you may bring your medicine or medical equipment. Please explain your situation to security before entering and bring a doctor’s statement if necessary.
  • CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS TO HEARTBEAT PARTIES?
    Visitors are required to purchase food and drinks from our venues. It is NOT allowed to bring and consume your own. If you have specific dietary requirements due to medical reasons, you may bring your necessary food. In such cases, please bring a doctor’s statement and present it to security at the entrance.
  • WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
    You can purchase tickets for all HeartBeat events at **www.heartbeat-events.nl**. Paylogicis our official ticket platform. After buying your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic with your order details.
  • WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ENTRANCE TICKETS?
    There is no difference between the entrance tickets themselves. We use a tiered pricing system, where early buyers get a discount. The later you buy your ticket, the more expensive it will be.
  • WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO GET IN?
    The minimum age to attend is 18 years old. Your identification may be checked at the entrance, and anyone under 18 will be refused entry.
  • THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT CAN I STILL BUY A TICKET?
    Once the event is sold out on our official ticket shop, we will not sell any more tickets. If you still want to attend, you can buy a second-hand ticket. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from individuals you don't know. We recommend using **https://www.ticketswap.com** for buying second-hand tickets. HeartBeat is not responsible for any issues related to second-hand ticket sales, so we encourage you to purchase tickets in advance through our official shop to avoid scams.
  • I CANNOT ATTEND THE EVENT. CAN I GET A REFUND?
    Refunds are NOT available for purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend, please safely resell your ticket through **https://www.ticketswap.com**.
  • I USED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN BUYING MY TICKETS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
    If you entered an incorrect email address or made a spelling mistake, please visit the following website and contact Paylogic customer service to have your email address corrected: **https://customerservice.paylogic.com/hc/en-us/sections/12995007446674-Changes**. Note: This only applies to tickets purchased through Paylogic. Some external organizations may use different ticket providers.
  • I BOUGHT MY TICKET, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    If you lost your ticket, enter the email address you used to buy the ticket at the link below. Paylogic will resend all your tickets to that email address.   • HEARTBEAT’S SAFETY POLICY
    There is no tolerance for discrimination, sexual harassment, bigotry, violence, or hatred of any kind in our club. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these rules. It is not allowed to bring drinks to the toilet areas. Visitors who do so will be removed from the venue. If you see or experience any harassment or unwanted behavior, please inform our staff or security immediately. Our employees are instructed to ensure the safety of our visitors. Smoking and vaping inside the venue is strictly forbidden. Visitors who smoke or vape inside will be removed. The smoking area is outside. It is strictly forbidden to bring any liquids into the venue. Visitors are required to purchase food and drinks from our bars. It is prohibited to bring and consume your own. Our venues are equipped with camera surveillance for your safety. Fire instructions and evacuation plans are available for inspection. In case of fire, do not panic; immediately inform staff or trigger the nearest fire alarm.
  • I HAVE A COMPLAINT
    If you have any complaints, you can submit them in writing to the management of HeartBeatEvents. Complaints must be reported within three days of the incident; otherwise, your right to complain will lapse.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FEEL UNWELL?
    If you feel unwell, please approach one of our employees (at the bars) or security personnel for immediate assistance.
  • SOMEONE AT THE VENUE IS MAKING ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    If you see or experience any harassment or unwanted behavior, please inform our staff or security immediately. Our employees are here to ensure your safety.
  • WILL THERE BE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?
    Yes, lockers are available at all our events. They can be rented on-site at the venue.
  • TOKENS OR CARD?
    This depends on the venue. Most venues use tokens, but some may use POS systems.
  • WHERE CAN I FIND PICTURES OF THE EVENT?
    Event pictures will be uploaded to our website within two weeks. You can check them out at **https://www.heartbeat-events.nl/gallery**.
  • I LOST SOMETHING. WHAT NOW?
    If you have lost any personal items, please check with the venue. They handle the clean-up after events, and any found items will be kept at the venue's Lost & Found.
